Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, it is possible to return the purchased goods within 14 days (does not apply to atypical goods made to the Buyer's special order in accordance with Article 38 paragraph 3, the reason is that there is no possibility of resale commodity, by its individual characteristics). Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used or damaged in any way.

Underwear is also not refundable and exchangeable.

All arrangements by phone must be confirmed by the customer in writing, by e-mail or SMS, in the absence of such confirmation they will not be taken into account.

The complaint and warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a) using the product contrary to its intended purpose
b) all types of mechanical damage (tears, cuts, etc.), misuse, neglect, accidents and fortuitous events regardless of their cause
c) damage caused by careless and improper use, e.g. discoloration of the material due to improper maintenance and use of cosmetics with alcohol
d) failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions provided on the label
e) natural abrasion of shiny materials
f) products with any interference with the design and appearance made by unauthorized persons and services
Applications and prints are also not covered by the warranty. To use this warranty, the product must be delivered to the only authorized service center located at our company headquarters (ul. Jedwabnicza 7, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała) with proof of purchase.

Please send the advertised costume by registered mail or with a larger parcel. If the complaint is accepted, the shipping cost will be refunded according to the rates of Poczta Polska.

The manufacturer reserves the right to place a discreet logo on the costume.

Discounts, freebies and periodic promotions posted on the website https://e-astraja.pl/ or granted individually, cannot be combined.
